Welcome to the Open Door Submissions Page.  Artists working in 2D & 3d media (we will not be accepting film submissions this year due to the limitations of the print format) are welcome to submit up to 3 image samples completed in the last 2 years for consideration to the 16th Annual Open Door Exhibition.  If you submit more than three, we will only consider your first three submissions and remove the rest.  Follow these 3 easy steps to submit your work:

 

1. Click on the add media button (below right) and sign up to our website as a new member which will allow you access to upload your submission

 

2. Once you have subscribed, you can click the add media button (below right) again to upload your jpeg image samples

 

3. Once your sample has uploaded, click on the image in the grid below and enter the following information in the description box as follows: your name, title of your work, media used, dimensions, and year completed.  Please make sure that all of you description categories are separated by a comma. If you accidentally hit return while typing your description into the field, don't worry, all you need to do is double click the field again to re-open it.

 

The deadline for entries is midnight on November 5th, 2020.  If you are a selected artist we will require an image sample that is at least 2500 pixels in length on the shortest side for publication. Notifications for accepted artworks will be sent by November 12th.
